New to CrossFit?  

We would love to introduce you to a new and exciting - and most of all fun - way to get in shape.  All new athletes to Rutland Crossfit take On Ramp classes as directed by the lead instructor. Any persons who are CrossFit experienced can set up an idividual evaluation and bypass our introductory classes if proficient in all Crossfit movements.


Kids Fitness**

Kids Fitness is a great way to teach proper lifting, bending, jumping and other essential daily movements....and helps use up extra energy!
